Return Policy

Bee Retro Boy We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days After receipt, please return it according to our returns policy. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

1. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

✅ In the same condition as you received it (unused and unworn).
✅ Have all original labels still attached.
✅ In the original packaging.
✅ Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. How do you start a return?

  1. Contact us via Contact Retro Boy and state your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
  2. You will receive a return label from us and detailed instructions on how to return the package.

3. Damage & problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please within 48 hours contact us via Contact Retro BoyWe will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

4. Exceptions – Items that cannot be returned

Please note that some products not eligible for return, including:

❌ Personalized or custom made items.

❌ Hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases.
❌ Discounted items or gift cards.

5. Exchange

Want to exchange a product? The fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

6. Legal reflection period of 14 days (EU)

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to return your purchase within You have 14 days to cancel or return your order without giving a reason. The return policy remains the same:

✔ The product must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging.
✔ The return must be requested within the statutory period.
✔ Proof of purchase is required.

7. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

  • If approved, the purchase amount will be deducted 10 working days refunded via the original payment method.
