Returns Policy – Retro Boy
We use a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days you have time after receiving your order to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

You have received a damaged or defective item

You have received an incorrect item
We will assess the problem as quickly as possible and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions – Items that cannot be returned
Some articles cannot be returned, under which:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)

Personalized or custom-made products

Personal care products (such as cosmetics)

Hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases
NB: Discounted items and gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Do you want a different item? The fastest way is to return the unwanted item and order the new one. Can be ordered separately after your return has been approved.
Legal reflection period of 14 days (EU)
For orders shipped to the European Union Do you have the right to return your order? 14 days to cancel or return without giving any reason.
The return policy remains the same: the item must be unused, have its tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us.
- If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days refunded via the original payment method.
